About this event
InterEngineering has joined up with the Law Society and Thrive Law to deliver a session on LGBTQ+ rights in the workplace. Employment lawyers Imogen Hamblin and Tom Stenner-Evans will be delivering a lecture outlining your rights under the Equality Act 2010. This includes a full-scale evaluation of discrimination laws and how to make your workplace a more inclusive place to work. We will also be focussing on providing practical resources and tips to expand D and I initiatives and teaching you how to be better advocates and allies within your own organisations.

Imogen Hamblin identifies as a cis-gendered lesbian woman. She is an employment lawyer at Thrive Law and specialises in discrimination claims.
